Each Reiki session begins with chakra balancing and intuitive guidance. This initial assessment helps identify energetic distortions—patterns, imbalances, or blocks—that may be influencing your opportunities and health.
Together, we’ll work to clear these distortions, allowing your energy field to realign with its natural harmony. This process is deep, transformative, and may require honest self-reflection. You are an active participant in your healing.
Only after this groundwork is done do we begin the Reiki energy transmission—a gentle yet powerful flow of healing energy to support your integration, balance, and renewal.

Humanity is entering a time of greater alignment, expanded intuition, deeper heart–mind coherence, and multidimensional awareness.
As your facilitator, I partner with your Higher Self and spiritual team to gently deactivate your 3D chakra system. Once this process is complete, your 5D chakra system naturally initiates and activates, supporting you in living from a higher state of being.
The 5D Chakra System
Unlike the traditional seven-chakra model, the 5D system integrates into three powerful energy centers:
- Sacral Foundation (combining chakras 1 & 2):
Your grounding, connection to the planet and access to ancestral gifts. - Higher Heart Center (combining chakras 3, 4 & 5):
Your authenticity, sovereignty, will, and conscious choice. - Crown Gateway (combining chakras 6, 7 & 8):
Your direct connection to Divinity and soul purpose.
These new centers are larger, brighter, and more influential in shaping how you create your reality.
What to Expect
Once the 5D activation sequence is complete, we will finalize the service with a 5D light code activation to assist the body in its integration of the new frequencies.
Integration typically takes one to two weeks. During this time, be gentle with yourself. Old patterns may still arise, but without their previous emotional charge, making them easier to recognize, heal and release.
The most common feedback from clients is that background anxiety, the need for control and fear dissolve, leaving a deeper sense of peace and presence. Within a month, most report feeling a deeper connection in their ability to create within their life experience. Curiosity and imagination become the default state of being.
Prerequisites for Activation
This service is designed for those who are already on a conscious path. Please ensure:
- You have an established meditation or inner-connection practice.
- You’ve been actively engaged in your spiritual work and feel you’ve reached a plateau.
- You are currently drug- and alcohol-free, including plant medicines, for at least 30 days.
- You are willing to water fast for 24 hours after the session to support integration.
If you’re unsure whether you’re ready for this activation, I recommend booking a Reiki session first. This allows us to explore whether there are remaining lessons within the 3D system that need resolution before moving forward.
